Regulator rules change. Each course carries a version number, a named reviewer and a scheduled review date. When a Code, Act or CPD rule changes, the course is revised and the version updated.
- Mapped, not endorsed. We say a course is mapped to or aligned with a framework. We never say approved by a regulator unless written approval exists.
- Official sources. Every regulatory claim cites the Code, Act, rule or regulator publication it rests on.
- Named reviewers. Each course names the person responsible for clinical or regulatory review.
- Version control. Version number, publication date and last review date on every course and certificate.
- Corrections logged. Material corrections are recorded in a change note, not made silently.
- Clear limits. Education and evidence support only. Not legal advice, and no guarantee of any regulator or committee decision.

Common questions
Are your courses approved by NMBI, CORU or the Medical Council?
Not unless written approval or accreditation is expressly stated on the course page. Irish regulators do not approve individual online CPD courses in the way the UK does. Our courses are mapped to each regulator's Code and CPD categories so you can record them accurately. We never describe a course as regulator-approved unless written approval exists.
Will a remediation programme satisfy a condition on my registration?
Conditions usually require "an appropriate course" in a named area. Our programmes are designed to meet that standard and produce evidence, but acceptance is always the regulator's decision. Check the wording of your condition and, where possible, confirm with your solicitor or defence body.
How do doctors record these courses?
Under the Medical Council's 50-hour framework, self-paced courses generally record under Work-Based Learning or Accredited CPD depending on accreditation status. Each course page states the category we recommend.
Can I use one course for two regulators?
Yes. Most courses are cross-profession and the certificate shows the mapping for each regulator you select. How the learning is recorded and evaluated can differ by regulator, so check the course mapping against your own requirements.
How is a certificate verified?
